The FosterED aims to be the premier child welfare policy and advocacy organization in Texas. Our Better Futures policy advocacy toolkit (coming soon!) is built on six pillars of change necessary to alleviate the long-term effects of exposure to the foster care system in Texas.

The FosterED's founder, Adrian Gaspar, grew up and aged out of foster care. He then became a member of a federal team overseeing parts of Texas's foster care system. This organization was born from the personal and professional experiences he has gained over the past 25 years.
