FosterED aims to be the premier child welfare policy and advocacy organization in Texas. We implement our three-pronged approach of youth and family legislative training, strategic partnerships, and community advocacy.

Our Team
FosterED's founder, Adrian Gaspar, grew up and aged out of foster care. He then became a member of a federal team overseeing parts of Texas's foster care system. This organization was born from the personal and professional experiences he has gained over the past 25 years.
